Job Title: Director of Marketing (FOI)

Position Summary:
The Director of Marketing leads the strategy, development, and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, drive growth, and support overall business objectives. This leadership role manages a team of marketing professionals and. will build brand awareness, drive patient and provider engagement, and support service line growth within a complex healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with company goals and market opportunities.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and professional development.
• Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency across all digital, print, and patient-facing platforms.
• Manage digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media, email, and web content to optimize lead generation and customer engagement.
• Plan and implement advertising campaigns, events, and promotional activities to reach target audiences.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities, providing regular reporting to senior leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical operations, physician relations, and patient access to support revenue growth and patient experience initiatives.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and strong ROI.
• Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors, and strategic partners.
• Protect and strengthen the company's reputation through proactive PR and communications strategies.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7-10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years in a healthcare or highly regulated industry management or director-level role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.
• Strong leadership, team development, and project management skills with a focus on mission-driven and community-based initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging.
• Proficiency with digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation software.
• Data-driven mindset with a deep understanding of marketing metrics and ROI analysis.
