About the Role The Playbook team is looking for a Director of Marketing to develop and execute strategic marketing plans for a fast-growing SaaS company. The Director of Marketing should have experience in growing brand awareness, product education, improving customer acquisition, budget management, and building an all-star marketing team.
Tasks, Duties, Responsibilities Provide strong leadership and oversight to a high-performance global Marketing organization that is able to consistently achieve aggressive growth goals. Developing the Playbook brand that builds brand equity and helps achieve the organization’s goals for growth. Build brand awareness through media channels, events, and marketing tactics. Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team. Function as a spokesperson and public-facing representative for Playbook in webinars, media requests, analyst meetings, events, and other opportunities Drive awareness, preference, and demand for the Playbook software services. Prioritize and manage marketing budgets. Work to define a clear customer brand, to define our ongoing path to growth by shaping our image in the marketplace. Knowledge, Skills, Competencies Proven results in direct and digital marketing, database analytics, Internet and e-commerce, CRM, and new media. Experience establishing and managing a complex budget. Demonstrated ability to setting and achieving the highest standards of performance for the team. Experience in building, executing, and measuring data-driven marketing programs across online and traditional channels.
