The Vice President of Marketing is a senior leadership role charged with shaping and executing the organization's overarching marketing strategy. This executive will drive brand growth and market presence across global B2B channels, with a strong preference for experience in emerging consumer packaged goods (CPG) markets. The ideal candidate is a strategic visionary with proven leadership capabilities, deep market insight, and a collaborative mindset, especially in working closely with sales leadership and divisional culinary experts to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Primary Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
Design and lead integrated marketing strategies that elevate brand visibility and support business growth.
Align marketing objectives with the company's long-term strategic goals.
Inspire and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
Oversee hiring, onboarding, and professional development of marketing personnel.
Brand Stewardship
Strengthen and evolve the brand's identity and market positioning.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and touchpoints.
Campaign Execution
Lead the development and deployment of multi-channel campaigns focused on customer acquisition and retention.
Evaluate campaign performance using key metrics and adjust strategies based on insights and feedback.
Budget Oversight
Strategically manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI and support future growth.
Track expenditures and report on budget performance to executive leadership.
Leverage market research and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and guide product development.
Partner with third-party research firms to deliver actionable data to culinary and sales teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Experience
Extensive experience in senior marketing leadership, ideally as a VP or equivalent.
Demonstrated success in global B2B marketing, with added value from experience in CPG sectors.
Strong expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, and market analysis.
This role is based on-site and is not remote.
