Director of Marketing

PrideStaff, on behalf of a client, is seeking an experienced and professional Director of Marketing who will lead and oversee all aspects of the company's marketing efforts.

Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs Design and manage targeted campaigns through email, social, and advertising to drive new customer acquisition Manage video strategy: create or collaborate on short-form (Reels, TikTok) and long-form (YouTube, webinars) content. Create and schedule automated email sequences for prospect nurturing using tools like ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, or HubSpot. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services Use storytelling, trends, and brand-aligned content to educate, entertain, and engage target audiences. Work with team on client feedback to assist with new feature development Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences Implement, manage, and optimize CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho. Optimize ads and landing pages for conversions using analytics tools. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Proven success managing social and video content that converts Deep understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices. Portfolio showing experience designing and optimizing multichannel lead funnels. Comfortable designing and managing marketing automation workflows. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
