What You’ll Do as Marketing Director:

Develop, implement, and oversee innovative marketing plans that showcase our facility and services

Forge and maintain strategic relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, Assisted Living Facilities, Hospice, and Home Care partners

Drive admissions by ensuring smooth, informed transitions from home, hospital, or other facilities

Manage all aspects of admission documentation with precision and care

Serve as the face of our brand in the community, building trust and lasting connections

What You Bring to the Role:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

3+ years of marketing management experience, healthcare experience highly preferred

Proven success as a Marketing Director, ideally in Senior Living or Skilled Nursing

Expertise in relationship-building, community outreach, and aggressive yet tactful marketing strategies

Ability and willingness to travel locally up to 70% of the time
