Job Overview
The Director of Marketing Operations plays a crucial role in ensuring that marketing strategies are executed efficiently and effectively, driving growth and improving ROI for the organization. This leadership position oversees the strategic planning, project management, implementation, and optimization of marketing processes, technologies, and data analytics.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution: Responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing operations strategies aligned with business goals, leading enterprise-level campaign execution, and overseeing marketing budgets.
Technology Management: This involves managing marketing technology platforms like CRM and marketing automation, ensuring their effective integration, and staying updated on emerging technologies.
Data Analytics & Reporting: Key duties are developing analytics frameworks to measure campaign performance and ROI, providing reports to executives, and using data for decision-making.
Process Optimization: This includes streamlining marketing processes, implementing best practices for campaign management and lead generation, and continuously improving workflows.
Team Leadership & Development: Responsibilities involve leading, mentoring, and developing the marketing operations team, fostering a collaborative culture, and setting performance expectations.
Cross-functional Collaboration: This role requires collaboration with departments like Sales, IT, and Finance to align on marketing initiatives, working with sales on lead management, and partnering with product teams on launches.
Compliance & Governance: Ensuring marketing activities comply with regulations and policies, and implementing data privacy and security practices are also part of the role.
Education and Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing
Healthcare-related industry experience is strongly preferred
