Overview: As Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Concordance’s strategic marketing initiatives. In this role, you will create a cohesive brand story for Concordance to inspire donors, all levels of government, and all external and internal stakeholders.
Your role will involve: Strategically planning marketing campaigns for Concordance that align with our mission, vision, values, and goals
Developing a clear and compelling brand story for Concordance, in collaboration with the Director of Communications
Implementing marketing strategies that resonate with stakeholders and drive fundraising success
Using various marketing channels and media forms (including digital media) to reach stakeholders
Evaluating the efficacy of marketing campaigns with metrics and data, and making data-driven adjustments to marketing strategies as needed
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise The right candidate will come with: Passion for our mission
Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary Marketing, Communications, and Development team
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to tailor messaging to various audiences, including donors, governments, and media outlets
Skill with digital marketing tools and various platforms
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, technologies, and marketing platforms
Skill in data analysis to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions
Required education, licensure, and experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
5-7+ years of experience as a senior marketing professional
Experience working with media and managing inquiries and opportunities
