Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Sales Director to lead our company’s growth strategy and ensure brand consistency. In this role, you’ll oversee both marketing and sales operations—aligning campaigns, messaging, and client engagement efforts with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Approve and maintain the company’s positioning, messaging, and campaign strategies to ensure brand integrity and alignment with ideal client profiles

  • Approve annual and quarterly marketing strategies developed by the Marketing Strategy & Campaign Planning team to align with company growth goals

  • Regularly review ideal client profile and target market definitions with marketing and sales to ensure audience alignment

  • Direct priorities for survey and market research to address high-impact publics, trends, and competitors

  • Review campaign effectiveness reports, focusing on lead generation, engagement trends, and brand sentiment

  • Set clear sales targets and onboarding quotas aligned with revenue goals

  • Ensure all onboarding and sales assets (e.g., proposals, client materials) are accurate, consistent, and regularly updated


Required Skills:

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills—ability to analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to streamline logistics operations.

  • Strong communication and coordination—able to work cross-functionally with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.

  • Process improvement mindset—skilled in implementing best practices to improve logistics, enhance warehouse efficiency, and reduce cost.

  • Team development and mentorship—proven ability to train, develop, correct, and mentor team members to enhance their skills and build a high-performing team.

Pay: Salary, $60,000 a year + commissions

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
