Director of Marketing and Resource Development Camp Victory is seeking a dynamic Director of Marketing and Resource Development to lead our fundraising, communications, and donor engagement strategies. This mission-driven role is key to advancing the long-term sustainability of Camp Victory by sharing powerful stories, strengthening donor relationships, and elevating our brand visibility across media platforms.

The Director oversees a comprehensive development portfolio—including individual giving, grants, corporate sponsorships, planned giving, and events—while leading multi-channel marketing efforts. This role works closely with the Executive Director, Board members, and community partners to expand support for Camp Victory’s vital programs. Key Responsibilities: Lead fundraising strategy across all donor streams Manage marketing, social media, web, and print communications Cultivate and steward individual and institutional donors Secure grants and sponsorships through compelling proposals Plan and promote events that increase visibility and revenue Track KPIs and donor activity using CRM (we use Bloomerang) and digital tools Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in fundraising, communications, or nonprofit leadership Proven success in marketing, storytelling, and donor development Strong writing, public speaking, and relationship-building skills Experience with CRM systems, grant writing, and social media Passion for Camp Victory’s mission and a collaborative work style Health Insurance PTO Job Type: FullTime Reports to: Executive Director If you’re a strategic communicator and relationship-builder who thrives in a mission-centered environment, we’d love to hear from you!
