Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Director that is ready to lead a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in a dynamic Texas location! This is a pivotal leadership role overseeing all maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability, and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement maintenance strategies for production equipment, building systems, and material handling infrastructure. Supervise a team of maintenance professionals, including scheduling, budgeting, and performance management. Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, and industry best practices. Collaborate with senior management to optimize facility uptime and support production goals. Manage vendor contracts and oversee special projects, including equipment upgrades. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Facilities Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). 7+ years of maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food processing. Proven expertise in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and team leadership. Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
