Description: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Professional Engineer (PE) license required. Minimum of 15 years of experience in civil engineering, focusing on land development (commercial and/or SFD). Proven track record in business development and client relationship management. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute long-term plans.
