About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to lead and oversee the operational strategies and execution for Experts Pro and its AI/ML-focused subsidiary, Kodo. This leader will be responsible for driving organizational efficiency, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with business objectives in a fast-growing, innovative environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement operational strategies to support the growth and scalability of both Experts Pro and Kodo. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless collaboration between multiple departments and teams. Lead cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Product, and Technology to achieve organizational goals. Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and financial performance to optimize profitability. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure operational effectiveness. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all functions. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Act as a key liaison between senior management and operational teams to drive the execution of strategic initiatives. Foster a high-performance culture emphasizing innovation, accountability, and quality. Lead talent development and succession planning for operations teams. Requirements Proven experience as a Director of Operations or in a similar senior leadership role. Strong background in operational strategy development and execution. Experience with startups or fast-growing companies, preferably in AI/ML or technology sectors. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation. Knowledge of industry regulatory requirements. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
