About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to lead and oversee the operational strategies and execution for Experts Pro and its AI/ML-focused subsidiary, Kodo. This leader will be responsible for driving organizational efficiency, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with business objectives in a fast-growing, innovative environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement operational strategies to support the growth and scalability of both Experts Pro and Kodo. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless collaboration between multiple departments and teams. Lead cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Product, and Technology to achieve organizational goals. Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and financial performance to optimize profitability.
