About the Job

As the Director of IT Infrastructure Engineering, you will lead the strategic vision, design, and execution of our enterprise infrastructure systems. You will oversee cross-functional teams responsible for network, systems, telecommunications, and database engineering, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions that align with business objectives. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our IT infrastructure, driving innovation, and fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement. Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple technical teams, including Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, and Database Management. Define and execute the long-term infrastructure strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and emerging technology trends. Oversee the design, implementation, and support of enterprise IT systems and voice/data network infrastructure. Establish and enforce best practices for system architecture, network security, disaster recovery, and high availability. Collaborate with executive leadership to translate business needs into scalable infrastructure solutions. Evaluate and introduce new technologies to improve operational efficiency and support evolving business requirements. Ensure infrastructure reliability by proactively addressing incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing long-term solutions. Manage departmental budgets, resource planning, and vendor relationships. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative culture. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including PCI, HIPAA, and SOX. Communicate infrastructure strategy and performance to senior leadership and stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience (14+ years). 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems engineering. 8+ years of experience in a leadership role managing cross-functional technical teams. Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects and complex budgets. Deep technical expertise in network architecture, systems design, database management, virtualization, and cloud technologies. Strong understanding of security frameworks, compliance standards, and 24x7 operational environments. Full certification in at least one core platform (., Cisco, Microsoft, VMware). Experience in hospitality or gaming environments is a plus. Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in a technical or business field. Experience with hybrid cloud environments and modern DevOps practices. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to lead through change and deliver results in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
