We are seeking a strategic, hands-on, and experienced IT leader to serve as Director of Infrastructure, Network, and Security. This role is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of enterprise-wide IT infrastructure, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performing systems. The Director will lead efforts to safeguard against internal and external threats, align technology solutions with organizational goals, and drive ongoing improvements across the IT environment. Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network architecture (WAN, LAN, wireless).
Ensure secure, reliable connectivity across office locations and cloud environments.
Oversee network performance, scalability, and risk mitigation strategies.
Lead deployment of new infrastructure hardware and software solutions.
Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams on system integrations and optimization.
Develop and enforce a comprehensive cybersecurity framework, policies, and procedures.
Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and regular security audits.
Respond to security incidents and manage incident response protocols.
Develop and oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Ensure high availability of mission-critical IT systems and applications.
Manage upgrades, patches, and new system implementations.
Oversee security tools and solutions including SIEM, endpoint protection, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPNs.
Partner with business units to align security and infrastructure strategies with organizational needs.
Stay current with emerging technologies, industry best practices, and security trends.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, network, and security leadership.
5+ years in a management role leading cross-functional teams.
Proven background in infrastructure design, network architecture, and cybersecurity frameworks.
Hands-on experience with monitoring tools, security auditing tools, and SIEM solutions.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and hybrid cloud environments.
Proficiency in networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, VPNs, routing).
Knowledge of endpoint protection, identity management, and access control protocols.
Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent.
Deep understanding of firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption, and DDoS mitigation technologies.
