Audubon is currently seeking a Director of Integrity Survey to join our team in our Tulsa, OK Office. The Director of Integrity Survey will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of integrity surveying within the organization. This role involves leading a team of surveyors, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and driving continuous improvement in surveying practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surveying, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing complex projects.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Lead, mentor, and manage the integrity surveying team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance surveying capabilities and efficiency.
Oversee all integrity surveying activities to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Develop and enforce surveying protocols and methodologies to maintain high quality data collection and analysis.
Create procedures for Smart tool tracking, AGM Surveys and ILI data collection.
Manage surveying projects from initiation through completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with other departments to align surveying activities with organizational goals and project requirements.
Ensure all surveying activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain high levels of quality and integrity in surveying practices.
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and technological advancements in surveying practices.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to surveying activities in a timely and professional manner.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS :
Minimum of 10 years of experience in surveying, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of surveying equipment, software, and industry best practices.
Proven experience in managing complex projects and leading diverse teams.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
