Director of Integrative Clinical and Court Services Location: Marysville, Washington Full-Time | On-Site Annual Bonus Eligibility Lead the Intersection of Clinical Excellence and Legal Advocacy We're hiring a Director of Integrative Clinical and Court Services to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for clinical programming and court-involved services at our behavioral health hospital. This role ensures trauma-informed, legally compliant care through collaboration with clinical teams, legal partners, and community resources. Key Responsibilities Develop and evaluate clinical programs using evidence-based, person-centered models. Align treatment planning with legal circumstances in collaboration with clinical leadership. Oversee operations related to involuntary commitments and forensic evaluations (e.g., 72-hour, 14-day, 90-day ITA holds). Serve as liaison with courts, law enforcement, attorneys, and crisis responders. Ensure timely and accurate legal documentation and court packet preparation. Represent the hospital in court hearings and coordinate staff involvement. Qualifications Education : Master's degree in Social Work or related clinical mental health field required. Licensed in Washington or Licensed Psychologist preferred. Experience : 5+ years in psychiatric/mental health care. 3+ years in advanced clinical or management roles. Strong knowledge of involuntary treatment processes and forensic behavioral health. Skills : Familiarity with Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA, and patient rights standards. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
