We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to oversee our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) functions. This individual will lead the cross-functional alignment of Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to synchronize demand, supply, and inventory strategies. This role is responsible for coordinating the monthly executive SIOP process, managing the team, processes, and tools for detailed production scheduling across two manufacturing plants, and leading weekly Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) meetings to ensure an optimized cross-functional operations plan aligned with business objectives. This role is accountable for enhancing the company’s SIOP, production scheduling, and S&OE processes to deliver three core outcomes: higher customer satisfaction, improved inventory optimization, and
increased production efficiency.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the end-to-end IBP and S&OP processes, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, finance, and strategic business objectives.
Collaborate with senior leadership to translate business goals into actionable supply chain strategies.
Drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy, scenario modeling, and risk mitigation.
Partner with teams across Supply Chain Analytics, Sourcing & Procurement, Planning, Logistics & Fulfillment, and Manufacturing to ensure integrated execution.
Develop and deliver executive-level presentations that clearly communicate complex insights and recommendations.
Champion the use of advanced analytics and digital tools to enhance planning capabilities.
Convert demand forecasts and open customer orders into realistic production and inventory plans, lead structured planning meetings, and align commercial, operational, and financial stakeholders on priorities and constraints.
Proactively manage supply-demand gaps, adjust schedules based on real-time capacity and material availability, and foster cross-functional coordination to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery performance in a complex, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Develop and lead seasonal build/preparation strategies, balancing customer service expectations, production capacity constraints, and financial impacts to ensure readiness for peak demand periods.
Lead the design and implementation of a segmented Make-to-Stock (MTS) and Make-to-Order (MTO) scheduling model, aligning warehouse and item-level strategies with customer demand profiles and inventory policies; coordinate ERP configuration updates with IT and Operations to ensure seamless system execution.
Oversee daily and weekly production scheduling across multiple manufacturing plants, ensuring alignment with forecast, backlog, and available capacity.
Translate the monthly supply plan into detailed finite schedules that optimize run sequences, changeovers, and workforce allocation.
Monitor adherence to production schedules and adjust in real time to address material shortages, labor shifts, and equipment downtime.
Collaborate with plant operations, procurement, and logistics to validate schedule feasibility and material/component availability.
Continuously refine scheduling processes, tools, and master data to improve accuracy, responsiveness, and plant performance.
