We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Inspection Services to lead and manage our firm’s Construction Engineering and Inspection (CE&I) services . This position is responsible for overseeing all CE&I operations, ensuring projects are delivered with the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance . The Director will be a strategic leader who can effectively manage inspection teams, build strong client and contractor relationships, and drive operational excellence across all inspection projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead, develop, and manage the firm’s CE&I services and personnel.

Oversee inspection operations to ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and compliance standards.

Establish and implement quality control measures and best practices for CE&I services.

Serve as primary point of contact with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.

Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development to inspection staff.

Develop business opportunities by fostering and maintaining client relationships.

Ensure all inspection processes comply with federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred.

10+ years of progressive experience in construction inspection, CE&I services, or construction management .

Proven leadership and team management experience.

Strong knowledge of construction inspection practices, QA/QC standards, and regulatory requirements.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

Results-driven with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
