Overview
Provide leadership, management, and strategic planning for TMK Corporation's technology infrastructure. Responsible for directing the overall detail design and architecture of TMK's technology infrastructure systems. The position will direct and coordinate the activities of the Open Systems, Mainframe, Networking, Security Operations and Telecommunications teams.
Responsibilities
Cross-train, lead and develop team of associates to promote maximum productivity, engagement, succession planning and overall contribution to strategic organizational goals. Manage, lead and direct activities of highly technical group of associates using highly sophisticated hardware/software as well as plans, schedules and tracks associated work-related activities in order to accomplish the strategic goals established for the IT Strategic Business Unit.
Manage the internal utilization of existing and new technologies through the research of latest industry trends, the proactive management of vendors, the efficient use of software licensing management tools in order to create the necessary expense control for delivering the highest/best use of our technological investment and provide the information and data delivery necessary for end users to excel in their business pursuits.
Work with technology management team to design creative and innovative work processes which establish synergy between network monitoring and user services in order to support and operate a complex network system capable of high availability and expansion, while being responsive to change, efficient in execution and consistent in the provision of excellent customer service. This includes the establishment of well-defined SLA's for software and hardware deployment and break-fix activities.
Handles all other ancillary duties as they apply to the support of the network and insures that all compliance requirements are met and documented appropriately.

Qualifications BS degree in Computer Science or a related Technical field
Significant work experience in Information Technology with 8 to 10 years in direct Network Engineering and related Network implementation
Significant management experience in an Information Technology environment
Expert knowledge of Network Hardware, Software, Security concepts and enterprise management
Knowledge to support TCP/IP telephony
Working knowledge of network reporting and management tools
Knowledge of Firewalls, Internet Access and Network Security requirements
Workflow process design and implementation
Workstation deployment and support
Excellent oral and written communication skills with proven ability to clarify complex technological ideas through understandable terms
Advanced Network and Computer skills
Ability to work with other technologist to solution bank application services
Able to practice time management principals in order to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to provide leadership as well as be supportive team member in diverse group settings
Proven ability to use logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions to complex problems
Ability to Negotiate between various parties
Applicable certifications preferred
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screens.
