Proven Experience: 5+ years in IT leadership, preferably in the hospitality industry. Tech Proficiency: Strong knowledge of hotel systems, PMS, POS, and emerging tech trends. Team Leadership: Successful track record of leading and motivating IT teams. Cybersecurity Acumen: Deep understanding of cybersecurity protocols and best practices. Strategic Thinker: Ability to align IT initiatives with overall business goals. Vendor Management: Experience in negotiating and managing relationships with tech vendors.
