Qualifications:
MD/DO licensed in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Adult Gerontology, or Infectious Disease (state-specific)
Valid DEA & Furnishing License
Experience and key interest in HIV/AIDS outpatient care
Must obtain AAHIVM Certification within 18 months of hire
Current CPR/BLS Certification
