Job Summary

An established fine dining group is hiring a Director of Human Resources. This role requires a polished leader with strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities- someone who leads with confidence, grace, and professionalism. Director of Human Resources Objectives: SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification or other HR certifications (a plus)

Minimum of 3 years of Director-level experience in managing an HR team with a solid generalist background in all areas of HR management, supporting at least 600 employees across multiple locations

Set strategic goals for growth

Work closely with ownership on new initiatives and projects
