JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Extensive knowledge in:

Compensation and benefits administration Training and professional development Employee relations and performance management Talent acquisition and retention Compliance with state and federal employment laws

Minimum 10 years of exempt-level HR experience, including at least 4 years in a supervisory or managerial HR role Strong organizational and communication skills with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity Must possess a valid driver’s license

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Must have Bachelor’s degree in related field. Must have HRCI PHR or SHRM-CP certification. Master’s degree in related field preferred.
