We're seeking a *Director of Human Resources* who can lead that charge.

This role is ideal for a strategic, roll-up-your-sleeves HR leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-turnover environments and understands how to create scalable, compliant HR infrastructure to support distributed, field-based teams. The ideal candidate will also have proven experience working within a sales company environment, bringing an understanding of the unique challenges and dynamics of Construction and Sales-driven organizations.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Overhaul the onboarding process to improve engagement, retention, and compliance from day one * Build and maintain scalable HR infrastructure, including SOPs, policies, and field tools to support a high-growth, distributed workforce * Proactively identify compliance risks and recommend strategies to reduce liability across states and functions * Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, helping to align HR practices with business goals in a performance-driven culture * Lead employee relations and workplace investigations with consistency, discretion, and a solutions-oriented approach * Oversee and manage complex Leave of Absence (LOA) programs, including FMLA, ADA, and multi-state leaves * Own OSHA compliance, including reporting, corrective actions, and field coordination * Design and deliver field-facing HR training to managers and sales leaders on topics including performance management, conflict resolution, and compliance * Spearhead HRIS system conversion and implementation, partnering with IT, payroll, and operations to ensure data integrity and adoption

*Qualifications:*

* Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Masters degree (MBA or MHRM) preferred * 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role * Experience in high-turnover environmentssales, retail, home services, or call center industries strongly preferred * Proven success implementing and leading HRIS systems, including conversions and training rollouts * Experience in designing and executing onboarding programs that scale across remote or field-based teams * Hands-on expertise in OSHA compliance, LOA administration, and multi-state labor law * HR certification is strongly preferred: SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or PHR * Exceptional communication skills and ability to lead trainings, coach field managers, and influence change * Strong emotional intelligence, decision-making ability, and comfort working in both strategic and tactical capacities * Willingness to travel regionally as needed to support field operations

Pay: $130,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
