We are seeking a Director of Human Resources to join our operations, remotely based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. As a key player in a fast-paced, high-growth organization managing over 700 employees, you’ll shape the way we recruit, retain, train, and engage our workforce while developing scalable HR systems to support multi-unit operations. Job Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proven experience as a senior HR leader in a fast-paced environment, ideally in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), hospitality, or retail industries.
Certifications : SPHR/PHR is preferred.
In-depth knowledge of compliance, multi-state employment laws, and HR best practices.
Strong expertise in recruitment, retention strategies, training development, and employee engagement programs.
Excellent project management and strategic thinking skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams across multiple locations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative leadership style.
Ability to embrace and drive cultural initiatives to strengthen team cohesion and alignment.
Job Responsibilities : As the Director of Human Resources based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, you will:
Lead the creation and execution of retention and engagement programs, including training and leadership development, to reduce frontline turnover.
Oversee multi-state compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
Design and execute initiatives to enhance company culture and align it with business objectives.
Collaborate with the VP of Operations and senior leadership to synchronize employee strategies with aggressive growth plans.
Build and optimize people-centric HR systems that foster scalability and operational effectiveness.
Drive talent acquisition and onboarding efforts across the organization, alongside benefit management and performance evaluation.
Administer workplace conflict resolution processes and maintain comprehensive HR documentation for compliance and reporting.
