Key Responsibilities: Champion of Guest Experience: Deliver service levels that consistently surpass guest expectations, establishing lasting impressions and loyalty. Design personalized, memorable experiences that reflect the essence of luxury. Team Leadership & Development: Inspire and manage a skilled team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation. Train and mentor department leaders to ensure alignment with the hotel’s service standards and values. Operational Expertise: Oversee daily hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, and food and beverage management, ensuring peak performance across all departments. Balance budgets and optimize operational efficiency while maintaining the highest quality standards. Strategic Direction: Develop and implement strategies that drive growth, enhance profitability, and solidify the hotel’s reputation as a leader in luxury hospitality. Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute both short- and long-term initiatives. Brand Leadership: Embody and represent the hotel’s prestige at community events, networking opportunities, and industry gatherings. Act as an ambassador for the brand, ensuring all touchpoints reflect excellence.
Qualifications: Professional Background: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior operational or managerial role within the luxury hospitality sector. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in exceeding financial objectives and delivering exceptional guest satisfaction. Leadership Skills: Strong ability to motivate and lead diverse teams while fostering a performance-driven culture. Operational Knowledge: Deep understanding of hospitality trends, systems, and revenue management strategies. Communication Excellence: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with a diverse range of stakeholders.
