Overview Weatherford ISD - Director of Health Services Responsible for program administration, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of a comprehensive program of health services for district. This includes budgetary assessment, direction and management, personnel management and facilitation of staff development. Implement comprehensive program of health services for campus. Provide health services to students. Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing Valid registered nurse license from the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners Certification from the Texas Department of State Health Services for vision and hearing screening Certification for Scoliosis Training preferred Certification for Acanthosis Training preferred AED/First Aid CPR Certification required Special Knowledge/Skills Ability to organize, direct, coordinate, and evaluate health services delivery system Ability to implement policies and procedures Ability to manage budget and personnel Knowledge of school health and nursing administration Knowledge of community medical and healthcare services Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Experience Five years of experience in public school health preferred Previous administrative and supervisory experience preferred Salary Range Pay Grade: F/O 3 Minimum $78,366 - Maximum $110,492 Benefits www.weatherfordisd.com How To Apply Go to www.weatherfordisd.com.
