Join to apply for the Director of Health Services - RN role at Ebenezer Join the Northern Lakes Senior Living Team as the new Director of Health Services (DHS) RN ! This is a full-time nursing position that offers performance bonuses as well as an excellent benefits package. This role provides leadership in all aspects of nursing services, ensuring regulatory compliance and service excellence. Responsible for 24/7 oversight of nursing operations and care. Northern Lakes Senior Living, located in Baxter, MN, offers Assisted, Independent, and Memory Care services in a community managed by Ebenezer. Our team is skilled, conscientious, and dedicated. Responsibilities Oversees Resident Centered Care: Develops RN assessments and implements individual resident care plans that promote well-being, including Honoring Choices (POLST) and Resident Bill of Rights. Involves residents and families in care planning and documents appropriately.

Ensures Clinical Compliance Plans, organizes, and directs comprehensive healthcare programs, staff placement, medication administration, safety, and staff development. Develops nursing policies in collaboration with Ebenezer administration. Ensures compliance with all relevant regulations (MN Board of Nursing, HIPAA, OSHA, Medicaid, etc.). Analyzes health services data to identify trends and implement improvements.

Manages Nursing Department Budget Participates in budget planning and monitors expenditures. Prepares financial and statistical reports as needed.

Provides Leadership and Oversight Sets goals, supports professional development, and manages staffing effectively. Ensures staff compliance with policies and regulations. Develops training programs and monitors employee satisfaction. Maintains 24-hour RN on-call availability.

Coordinates Resident Care Ensures availability of supplies and collaborates with community resources. Communicates resident care needs across departments and with external providers.

Supports Marketing and Outreach Promotes service excellence and collaborates on marketing initiatives. Solicits feedback from residents and families.

Qualifications Vocational School, Training, or Associate Degree At least 1 year of experience RN licensed in MN Basic Life Support certification

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 3+ years of experience
