Industry Semiconductors Type Privately Held About the Role Join our team as a pivotal Senior Hardware Architect / RTL Design Engineer. We are looking for an innovative professional with extensive experience in chip design to spearhead the architecture and RTL development of cutting-edge hardware blocks. In this influential role, you will drive verification strategies for complex modules and contribute to the comprehensive chip design workflow. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine specifications, validate hardware/software interfaces, and investigate the integration of modern machine learning techniques for chip design optimization. Additionally, you will mentor team members, fostering technical growth and expertise. We require applicants to have at least 5 years of experience in chip design environments with a proven track record in developing architectures and RTL for sophisticated IP or subsystems. Background in advanced chip organizations such as CPUs, GPUs, SoCs, or leading EDA teams is highly valued. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, along with strong technical expertise in SystemVerilog/Verilog, contemporary SoC design methodologies, and programming skills in Python for design automation. Familiarity with verification methodologies, particularly UVM, as well as experience in developing IP in areas like PCIe5, PHY, LPDDR, memory controllers, NoCs, or CPU subsystems is essential.
