Job Summary
Relocate to Colorado! We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Director of Group Sales to lead group sales strategy and drive new business for our property. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a results-driven hospitality sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building high-performing teams. Relocation Required! Director of Group Sales Responsibilities: Lead group sales efforts through proactive outreach, account management, and closing new business
Oversee site visits, contract negotiations, event planning, and successful execution
Develop accurate proposals and maintain up-to-date sales systems, reports, and marketing materials
Hire, train, and lead the sales team, setting clear goals and driving performance
Collaborate with marketing, revenue, banquet, and operations teams to align strategy and ensure top-quality event delivery
Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and community engagement efforts
Represent the property at events, host site tours, and maintain a visible presence in the local business community
Must be open to work weekends and holidays Director of Group Sales Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or related field
5–7 years of sales or marketing experience in hospitality; gaming industry experience preferred
Proven leadership skills with strong communication and organizational abilities
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Detail-oriented, professional, and team-driven Director of Group Sales CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Must have or be able to obtain State of Colorado Gaming License
Must have a valid and current driver's license and a good driving record
