We are seeking an ambitious Director of FP&A and Modeling with strong experience working directly FOR private-equity (PE) firms (not PE backed companies). This position will coordinate and forecast revenue growth and operational optimization through financial modeling, budgeting, and scenario analyses. This is a highly visible role which will include regular interactions with executives across the company, including the CEO and CFO. The Director of FP&A and Modeling will analyze, present and provide recommendations to the Senior Leadership team based on detailed and thoughtful data analysis.
This position reports to the SVP of FP&A and is located in Elmsford, NY with limited travel to King of Prussia, PA
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Responsibilities include:
All monthly reporting of financials (actuals, v plan and v Pr Yr) to leadership and Board of Directors
Quarterly reporting to the Board and ad hoc/miscellaneous reporting responsible for top-down three statement model (run sensitivity and what-if analyses)
Responsible for annual operating plan and developing monthly process for reporting results of the forecast
Active role on exit readiness projects led by VP-Data Analytics, including coordinating efforts directly with the board
Responsible for related systems that support reporting (Oracle EPM,
Responsible for developing more effective, forward-looking reports and analyses of KPIs currently measured throughout the Company
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred
PE experience of 5+ years
Advanced three-statement financial statement modeling
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience working with Oracle EPM or similar platforms (BI, Dashboards, Data Programming)
Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment with changing priorities
Strong communication presentation skills
Strong and effective project management skills
