About Southeast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC) SEARHC is a non-profit tribal health consortium dedicated to serving the health interests of 18 Native communities in Southeast Alaska. As one of the oldest and largest Native-run health organizations in the nation, SEARHC employs around 1000 staff and operates 18 facilities, including the Joint Commission-accredited Mt. Edgecumbe Medical Center in Sitka, Alaska. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor teams, focusing on recruitment, training, and development. Oversee food services, ensuring alignment with operational excellence standards. Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing updates on operations. Manage financial performance, including budget adherence and cost controls in food, beverage, and labor. Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations while providing high-quality service. Develop innovative food service plans that resonate with the client's mission and vision. Conduct periodic inventory and maintain records meeting all ARAMARK and regulatory standards. Qualifications: Minimum of four years of food service experience, with at least one to three years in a management role. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Certified Dietary Manager Certification required. Exceptional client relationship skills and ability to foster effective communication.
