Multi-outlet retail dining experience is a MUST overseeing Café, Grab and Go, and national brand retail outlets. The Food Service Director / GM is responsible for the overall food service operation. Responsibilities include implementing company cycle menus and recipes, overseeing purchasing, employee programs, scheduling, bookkeeping, customer and client relations, food preparation, service, sanitation, and ensuring operational results. The General Manager reports to Client Administration and The District Manager.
