Join a Dynamic Health Club Team! As the Director of Fitness Programs, you'll lead and nurture our fitness staff while creating exceptional experiences for our members. Your mission is to inspire our community in achieving their fitness goals, all within a safe, inviting, and enjoyable environment. Your Responsibilities: Recruit, mentor, and oversee a talented team of trainers. Conduct New Member Orientation, movement assessments, and manage trainer-led programs. Drive personal training revenue by setting and achieving performance goals. Manage daily fitness operations including staff schedules, payroll, billing, and equipment maintenance. Ensure member safety, address member concerns, and assume the Manager-on-Duty role as necessary. Work alongside the General Manager to develop budgets, reports, and strategies for growth. Lead by example and energize your team! Who You Are: A passionate leader who enjoys coaching trainers and motivating members. Organized, sales-oriented, and adept in basic reporting and administrative tasks. Friendly, professional, and willing to work flexible hours to meet club needs. Your Qualifications: Nationally recognized personal training certification is essential. Current CPR/AED certification is necessary. Experience in fitness management or personal training is preferred. A degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or a related field is a bonus.
