Job Description Lead the development and implementation of financial systems to improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to identify system enhancements and resolve issues. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all financial system processes. Manage system upgrades, integrations, and data migrations with minimal disruption to operations. Provide training and support to team members on the use of financial systems. Analyze financial system performance and recommend improvements to optimize functionality. Work closely with IT and external vendors to ensure systems meet business needs. Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on system performance and future strategies. The Successful Applicant

A successful Director of Financial Systems should have: A strong background in accounting and finance, with expertise in financial systems management. Experience in implementing and maintaining ERP systems or similar platforms. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with stakeholders at all levels. A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for system improvements.
