The salary for this position is $160k - $200k. The Director of FP&A will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: RESPONSIBILITIES Own all month-end financial reporting and analysis, while providing analysis and commentary on business performance. Lead and coordinate monthly forecast process with the ability to create detailed income statement models. Manage and coordinate the annual budgeting process and long range strategic plan process. Prepare communications and presentations on financial performance. Work directly with the various business and functional leaders to educate and support them in developing their strategic plans, budgets, and forecasts. Provide financial leadership, guidance, and analysis to finance and business partners to drive improved financial performance and meet the company’s goals and objectives. Ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed. The Director of FP&A will possess the following: EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, or equivalent education & experience. CPA, CFA, or CMA preferred. 8+ years of related experience. Experience in a manufacturing environment required. Travel up to 10%. Driven and results oriented.
