Job Description Supervise daily accounting tasks, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger management

Ensure prompt billing and collections, with proactive measures taken for outstanding payments

Maintain precise financial records and conduct account reconciliations

Generate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to facilitate business expansion

Handle payroll, tax submissions, and adherence to financial regulations

Utilize Sage accounting software and Excel for financial tracking and reporting purposes

Collaborate with leadership to enhance financial processes and efficiencies Qualifications Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting or financial management

Thorough understanding of bookkeeping, collections, and financial reporting

Proficiency in Sage (or similar accounting software) and Excel

Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in a fast-paced setting

Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
