Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Finance to oversee and lead financial operations, drive business insights, and ensure compliance across all levels of the organization. This leadership role requires deep knowledge in budgeting, risk management, accounting, and team leadership within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management. Develop and enforce financial policies aligned with IAS standards. Conduct risk analysis and implement strategies to minimize financial risks. Manage cost accounting to ensure accurate expense and profitability tracking. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver actionable financial insights. Ensure regulatory compliance and stay current with financial laws and standards. Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership and stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred). Extensive experience in financial management, risk, and compliance. Strong knowledge of IAS standards and financial regulations. Proven leadership experience with a track record of team development. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in accounting systems and financial software tools.
