What You’ll Do

Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compliance, and cash flow management across multiple business lines

Partner with department heads to drive cost control, labor planning, and performance improvements

Oversee accounting, IT, and purchasing for maximum efficiency and cross-functional alignment

Serve as a core member of the executive team, influencing strategy and providing ownership reporting

What We’re Looking For

Degree in finance, accounting, or related field

7–10 years of progressive finance leadership in hospitality or multi-entity environments

Deep GAAP knowledge, strong communication skills, and a strategic mindset

Tech-savvy with comfort across multiple platforms

Experience with real estate finance or HOA accounting a plus

Compensation & Perks

Salary: $125,000 – $150,000
