Seeking forward thinking Director of Finance

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Finance to lead and oversee all financial activities of the organization. This role is responsible for preparing financial reports, developing forecasts, and guiding financial strategy to support long-term growth. The Director of Finance will report directly to the CEO and supervise an team of accounting professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Leadership: Guide the organization's financial strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and growth initiatives. Performance Analysis & Forecasting: Lead efforts in financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support data-driven decision-making. Executive Collaboration: Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to establish financial priorities and support strategic planning. Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvements, and organizational restructuring to enhance financial performance. Capital Management: Oversee banking relationships, manage financial lines and loans, and coordinate capital-raising efforts with external partners. Investment Oversight: Direct investment activities and evaluate opportunities for expansion into new markets or product lines. Financial Reporting & Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial statements, tax filings, and regulatory submissions. Team Leadership: Supervise the Controller and Accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement. Technology & Tools: Implement and maintain financial dashboards and systems that provide real-time insights into key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. CPA designation is strongly preferred 7+ years of experience in financial management position.

Location: 100% on-site. Available to candidates who reside within a commutable distance to company headquarters Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 base with bonus potential
