Purpose (Why the role exists):
The Director of Finance will be a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the financial health and performance of the organization. This role will manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance, while providing key insights to support executive decision-making. The Director will supervise the Controller and collaborate closely with department heads to ensure financial alignment with the organization's goals. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in financial management and a passion for driving business performance through data-driven insights.

Skills & Qualifications (What you need to bring): Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred). 8+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally in hospitality, entertainment, or a related industry. Strong understanding of GAAP, financial modeling, and budgeting processes. Proven ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Business Central) and financial reporting tools (Adaptive). Desired Attributes: Industry Expertise: Familiarity with the unique dynamics of the hospitality and entertainment industries, including the seasonal nature of the business and diverse workforce. Adaptability: Ability to manage and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Work Environment:
This position will require a mix of office-based work and occasional travel. Flexibility is required for communicating across multiple locations. This position will require frequent collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
