The Director of Finance directs the financial operations at CASI and reports directly to the President/CEO. Responsibilities include all aspects of full cycle accounting, annual budgeting and forecasting and provides management accounting and analysis to assist leadership and department heads in understanding dynamics of the organization's performance. Additional responsibilities include overseeing relationships with outside vendors for services including banking, insurance, auditing, IT support and internet access. The Director of Finance directly oversees all employee files and management of the employee benefits package. BA in Accounting or Finance required. 3+ years' experience in a supervisory role for a financial operation unit supporting multiple departments or lines of business. At least 3 years experience in a financial role in a not for profit preferred.
