Your Impact
As Director of Finance , you will lead the financial planning, reporting, and analysis for Radix, providing key data and insights that support leadership decisions. You will ensure the company scales responsibly, with robust financial systems and processes that drive margin expansion and capture growth opportunities.
Key Outcomes Financial Planning Excellence - Develop comprehensive models and forecasts that keep leadership informed of market trends and operational performance. Investor-Ready Reporting - Deliver accurate and timely reports to executives, the board, and investors. Cash & Capital Management - Oversee cash flow and capital planning to support growth initiatives while maintaining financial health. Scalable Finance Operations - Optimize financial systems to ensure Radix can scale efficiently as we grow our ARR, headcount, and product lines. Key Responsibilities Own FP&A - Lead the budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and long-term planning processes to ensure financial targets are met. Model & Analyze - Build financial models (ARR, churn, LTV/CAC, pricing, scenario analysis) using Excel/Google Sheets and specialized tools like Adaptive or Anaplan. SaaS Metrics - Track and analyze key SaaS metrics such as CAC, LTV, churn, and NRR to inform financial strategy. Strategic Insights - Work with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align financial and operational goals. Reporting - Create executive dashboards using BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) to track key performance metrics. Cash Flow Management - Forecast cash flow, track financial covenants, and manage capital planning. Process Optimization - Streamline month-end close processes, integrate financial systems (ERP, CRM, BI), and ensure compliance with internal controls. Compliance & Controls - Ensure proper management of ASC 606 revenue recognition, audit readiness, and tax planning. What You Bring
Experience 5+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, or private equity, with at least 3 years in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment. Experience delivering financial insights to leadership teams and supporting operational decision-making. Skills Strong financial modeling and scenario planning skills in Excel/Google Sheets. Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, LTV/CAC) and revenue recognition (ASC 606). Proficiency in BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and ERP/FP&A systems (NetSuite, Adaptive, Anaplan). Ability to analyze data using SQL or similar languages. Exceptional communication skills for presenting financial data to both financial and non-financial stakeholders. Preferred MBA, CFA, or CPA credentials. Experience with fundraising, M&A, or equity transactions. Familiarity with proptech, real estate analytics, or asset-heavy industries.
