Job Summary

Relocate to Colorado! We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Director of Finance to lead all financial operations. This is a key leadership position requiring a deep understanding of gaming industry regulations, financial compliance, and the inner workings of a casino finance department. Relocation Required! Director of Finance Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee all financial functions, including accounting, revenue, cage operations, and asset accounting

Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and the protection of company assets

Manage budgets, cash flow, and financial forecasting to support short- and long-term planning

Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements

Develop, lead, and mentor the finance team, maintaining high performance and morale

Enforce financial policies, internal controls, and compliance with the Colorado Limited Gaming Act

Partner with executive leadership and vendors on financial planning and operational strategy

Monitor payroll, expenditures, and revenue performance to ensure profitability

Maintain a general awareness of casino operations and performance at all times Director of Finance Qualifications: CPA preferred but a degree is mandatory in accounting and/or finance

5+ years of recent, relevant accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership/managerial role

Demonstrated experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to meet strict deadlines in a high-pressure environment

Must be able to apply for a Colorado Driver’s License and a clean driving record

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Gaming License Director of Group Sales Benefits 401K matching
