Compensation: $75,000 Responsibilities Lead property onboarding and ensure smooth transitions for new assets. Guide maintenance operations across the portfolio. Manage vendor partnerships and service agreements. Plan and execute capital projects; oversee budgets and timelines. Mentor and develop a high-performing facilities team.
