Position Overview:
We seek an experienced Engineering Director with CA experience to lead a team of engineers and foster a positive, high-performing environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor an interim manager to transition into a permanent Director role.
• Team Development: Focus on improving team morale, building trust, and creating a collaborative, supportive work culture.
• In-house vs. Contracting: Help differentiate in-house services from contracted services and ensure efficient operations.
• Building Management Systems: Oversee and optimize our building management systems, particularly ServiceNow.
• Potential for Growth: There may be opportunities for construction-related projects in the future, although landscaping and other services are currently contracted out.

Ideal Candidate:

• Significant experience in CA, with a strong leadership track record.
• A career-focused individual who can guide and develop others.
• Ability to navigate complex team dynamics and foster a positive work environment.
• Experience with building management systems (ServiceNow preferred).
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Someone happy being in a Dir role for the next handful of years or so and who would like to mentor a great, strong, and willing manager to eventually step up.
