We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our event sales efforts. This role is key to driving the growth of social and corporate event bookings, leading a sales team, and creating strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Director of Event Sales Benefits & Salary:
Salary up to $150K (depending on experience)

Director of Event Sales Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience: At least 7 years of sales experience in hospitality, with 3+ years managing a sales team.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with both corporate and social event sales, including understanding trends and competitive markets.
Relationship Builder: Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage with internal teams and external clients effectively.
Organization & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, project management tools, and event management software (e.g., Tripleseat, Teamwork).
Education: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, sales, or a related field.
Director of Event Sales Preferred Background & Skills:
Sales Leadership: Manage and mentor a sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure targets are met.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute annual sales plans for social and corporate events. Create programs that boost lead generation, improve conversion rates, and enhance the brand’s reputation.
Business Development: Build and nurture relationships with key clients, industry associations, and vendors. Continuously seek new business opportunities through networking, events, and site visits.
Event Collaboration: Work closely with the culinary and operations teams to create tailored event packages. Ensure smooth coordination between departments for seamless event execution.
Performance Tracking: Monitor sales data, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.
Networking & Market Engagement: Attend industry events, conferences, and local networking opportunities to increase visibility and drive business growth.
