Build a high-performing culture focused on innovation and accountability. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or similar) 10+ years of engineering leadership in manufacturing or OEM settings. Strong controls engineering expertise (e.g., Rockwell, Ignition). Proven success scaling teams or integrating acquisitions.
