Responsibilities

• Lead strategic engineering initiatives tied to facility expansion
• Drive innovation in mechanical systems, automation, and process efficiency
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams and large-scale projects from concept to completion
• Influence operational excellence, safety, and sustainability practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering (advanced degrees a plus)
• 10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or processing
• Proven track record overseeing large-scale facility design, commissioning, and operations
• Strong technical, project management, and team leadership skills

Base Salary : $200, 000 $230, 000 (depending on experience and education level)
