The Director of Employment Services works with individuals and their teams to support them in making choices regarding their employment options. A Director of Employment Services seeks to understand all aspects such as but not limited to; the likes, dislikes, hopes and dreams of persons receiving services to support them as part of a team as they make choices and progress towards their goals. Director of Employment Services supervises ESPs.

Required Education/Experience

Employees must be at least 21 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. Three-to-five years experience working with people with disabilities preferred (employment service preferred).

Understanding the diversity of the population (for example, employers, community groups, parents, etc.)

Knowledge of budgets (mileage, staff hours, scheduling, etc.)
